Behind every survey, installation, and follow-up visit is a friendly, experienced team who understand how important it is to get things right.
Our engineers work closely with OTs, case managers, and housing teams every day. They take the time to explain options clearly, answer questions, and ensure solutions are right for each individual and their home.
You’ll often see familiar faces too - something many clients find reassuring.
Meet the Directors
Liftability is led by Kevin and Nathan, who together bring over 45 years of experience in the mobility and access industry.
Both started as hands-on engineers and progressed to Senior Engineer roles, building strong technical knowledge and practical experience in people’s homes.
Kevin now leads on the surveying and sales side, using his engineering background to ensure recommendations are practical and appropriate.
Nathan is our Engineering Director, overseeing installations, servicing, and technical standards.
Between them, they cover every stage of the journey - from initial advice to installation and ongoing support - giving professionals and clients confidence that solutions are safe, well considered, and reliable.
