Our products are all manufactured to a very high standard, meeting (exceeding) the requirements stipulated by both European and British Standards, however we do recommend regular maintenance to ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest of standards to maintain reliability.
If you do experience a problem, then your service contract allows you to contact the office, where our experienced and friendly team will run through a variety of checks to see if we can get your equipment working over the phone, minimising any disruption to your daily life.
If necessary, we will book a priority ‘call out’ for you, arranging a visit (where feasible) within 24 hours. In addition to this we also offer an out of hours call out service giving you the peace of mind of our commitment to your wellbeing.
