On Tuesday 12th September we welcomed a friendly group of local occupational therapists to Liftability HQ in Hamble, Southampton.
Attendees from Eastleigh Borough Council, New Forest District Council, Winchester City Council and East Hants District Council participated in one of our training events, with the goal of learning all about how the most up-to-date mobility products work for their service-users.
These events always begin with a short presentation to run through the complete product range, including any new additions, followed by a practical training session in our comprehensive showroom.
After a complimentary lunch and a fun quiz to see how much everyone had learnt, we presented each attendee with a certificate to use towards their CPD for the year.
With comments such as "I didn't know this product existed, it'd be great for one of my patients!" and excitement over specific ways the products can be customised to meet users' needs, we'd definitely say the event was a success!
